Bub & Ed Gray's Retirement Place
Just west of Rapid Roberts on the north side of Shell Knob, MO

I thought I was a part of something special with our plans to retire together but apparently not.
Joke's on me!
    

This is the road directly to "THE FARM" from the highway and is the only shot I have of the front of the house. 
The outbuilding to the left of the house is a machine shed/workshop.  
I was living alone from February, 2009 to June, 2010 in another outbuilding more toward the back of the property nicknamed "Building B."  

We retired together, or so I was lead to believe, but was asked to relocate one year after I moved there.
I was no longer necessary so I became excess baggage invading their retirement plans.

After searching for two months, I found my REAL permanent home and subsequently moved in June, 2010.

Landed on my feet though and went from living in one half of a BARN to my cozy home.

Without my part-time job in Cassville I never would've been able to do this on just social security alone so for that I'm truly blessed.
I could not have asked for a more perfect place if I had designed it myself.

Below left is when Bub and Ed were in the building I later used for my home and on the right is the same area with my things in place.
I'm sure it looks just a crappy again with spiders & roaches crawling around everywhere and flies in various stages of death in every window.
